Our wine consultancy package is an in-depth and ongoing process. An initial consultation will enable us to understand your venue, your staff and your desired goals. We will then create a series of targets before creating a bespoke training and event programme for your business. We will also analyse your wine list to ensure that it’s as profitable as possible and look at ways to maximise sales through initiatives like “wine of the month” offers.
We’re not wine merchants and are more than happy to work alongside your existing wine merchants, in fact, most wine merchants are happy to have us on board as we increase the quantity of wine sold at your venue.
Every month we will create a report detailing your business’s sales, emerging wine trends and an analysis of your competition. Each month we will also host either staff training on a relevant topic (e.g. wine fundamentals, up-selling, food and wine matching) or a wine tasting event for the general public, ideally to increase footfall on quiet nights.
Our clients typically include restaurants, pubs, hotels, deli’s and farm shops that are focused on quality produce, great customer service and who embrace seasonality in their menus.
